How are online orders processed?
Processing of your order begins immediatedly.  You will receive a confirmation receipt  by e-mail.  A shipping notification e-mail will be sent once the products have been shipped or pick-up instructions were received.

 

What if I have problems with online ordering?
If you are having trouble the online ordering or the shopping cart, call 602-615-2362 and Linda will process your order personally.

 

How do I change my order after it was processed?
If you ordered the wrong product or would like to delete or add a product, the best way is to call Linda right away at 602-615-2362. You can also send an e-mail to Linda with the subject "ORDER CHANGE".

NOTE: Orders are shipped VERY quickly.  If your order was shipped, you can simply return the product for an exchange or refund, minus the shipping fee.

 

Can I return/exchange an unopened product?
Yes! As long as you return the item(s) within 90 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. Of course, we can not refund your shipping or return shipping fees.

To Return An Item That Is Not Opened

To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. Once the products are received, we will process the refund/exchange and you will be notified by e-mail.  We can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.

 

Can I return/exchange an opened product?
You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 45 days. You must return the bottle back to us. We will then give you an in store credit minus the shipping or return shipping fees.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Linda accepts a variety of payment methods.  Choose the one that is most convenient for you.  The accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Or Debit Cards: This is the most popular choice by far. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can use this choice to pay quickly and easily.

  • Check Or Money Order By Mail: You can also send a check or money order by mail and we will ship your order when your payment arrives here.
